Membership Policies

A valid ID and credit card  is required to enroll in a Little Village Playroom monthly membership.

 

Membership contracts are an annual agreements and will require your consent to renew after one calendar year (12 payments).

 

Membership dues will be charged to your credit card on the first (1st) day of every month.

Day @ Play at Little Village Playroom is made by online reservation basis. You are responsible for reserving your day @ play  service(s) in advance to ensure that you receive your preferred date, time visits. Memberships do not guarantee space for drop-in play.

Membership dues do not include gratuities.

Gift memberships may be purchased at any time. Ask a info@littevillageplayroom.com for details.

Monthly memberships may not be used in combination with any other promotional offers or packages, discount coupons or gift certificates.

Memberships will be 12-Month Auto Pay, but will not auto renew. If cancelled prior to 12 month period, any promotions, gift cards, discounts, or member perks given at member sign up are to be paid back in full.

The Little Village Playroom reserves the right to cancel any membership at any time.

The Little Village Playroom reserves the right to adjust membership pricing or membership services with a 30-day written notice.

Completing payment for your first membership means you have read and fully understand the terms and conditions regarding The Little Village Playroom's Monthly Memberships.
